How it all started...
Pastors Frank and Yolanda James began their ministry journey in 1989 while students at UW-Oshkosh. Over the years, they faithfully served in youth, children’s, worship, evangelism, prayer, counseling, and Bible education. In 1998, God called them to Racine, Wisconsin, where they founded Changing Lives Ministries.
Expanding the vision...
In 2002, God led Pastors Frank and Yolanda into a season of partnership with True Life Ministries, where they continued serving and developing in ministry. In 2010, they were released to re-establish Changing Lives Ministries and continue the vision God had placed in their hearts.
Where we are headed...
Today, CLM continues reaching our world by rebuilding lives, restoring futures, and repairing dreams through the Gospel of the Kingdom. As we move forward, we are committed to raising the foundations of future generations, strengthening families, developing disciples, and advancing the Kingdom of God. Isaiah 58:12.
