 Welcome to Changing Lives Ministries

Pastors Frank and Yolanda James are the founders and Senior Pastors of Changing Lives Ministries Non-Denominational church. A husband and wife team committed to God’s call and to the preaching/teaching of the un-compromised Word of God.

The ministry of Frank and Yolanda Begin 1989 while students at UW-Oshkosh they became associate pastors of Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship. In 1991 they joined the Believer’s Church in Oshkosh, WI. Frank and Yolanda served on the worship team, children’s ministry, Youth ministry, Evangelistic Outreach, and were graduates and then instructors of Faith Bible College. In 1996 they were called to assist as Youth Pastor’s and Evangelists for Watertown Assembly of God.


In 1998 God began to speak to Frank and Yolanda about establishing their own ministry in Racine. In June 1998 Frank and Yolanda founded Changing Lives Ministries Non-Denominational Church.
In 2002 God led Frank and Yolanda to merge with True Life Ministries under the Leadership of Pastors  Jeff and Tami Butler. Frank became the Youth Pastor and marriage counselor, while Yolanda served as secretary and prayer pastor. Both Frank and Yolanda also served on the worship team.  In 2010 God released Frank and Yolanda to re-establish Changing Lives Ministries.
